Go For Launch!

Good news is something that has we have been a little short on over the past month or so but the bank has finally given us the green light to go ahead.

Works will be underway as soon as tomorrow with the benching and levelling of the block in preparation for the slab to be laid in the next week or so.

Waiting for a response from your bank is like sitting on death row!

Hopefully a certain member of the Big Four will have something positive in the next day or so.

If all goes well we should have a Slab by the end of February, here's hoping!

Sewer Encasement: Time Lapse

Prelim Works Are Underway

A bit of progress on the build with Sewer Encasement completed today.

As much as it was only digging a trench to expose the sewer pipe, encasing with concrete and filling it in, it's progress!

House Set Out Complete

House Set out is done, it might look a little cramped on the block, but I'm sure once the slab and frame goes up it will give us a better perspective on space.

Let the construction begin!

Our project has hit its second major milestone with our Construction Certificate being issued today!

After many months of design and planning we are now all set to begin works in early January 2013. There are some exciting times and a lot of hard work to look forward too over the coming months.

If all goes well we should be in by mid 2013.
