You put the plans back in, you take the plans back out. In, Out, In, Out...
Adhering to the finite rules of a developer can be a challenge, but it will all be worth it.
Wall height exceeded, change colours here, more planting there... Change the roof, roof pitch too low, either way we'll get it through!
Lets try Revision D!

Final Changes To Plans Confirmed
Just made the last few amendments to our plans. Should have the elevations and detailed plans late next week.
Hopefully we should be ready for submission to the developer/council in early September!

Surveyors, Geotech's and Engineers, Oh My
We have had the surveyor out to check the block and all is well.
The Services Protection Report has confirmed the location of Sewer and Stormwater Mains. By all accounts it looks like we are out of trouble there! We were a little nervous about the location of the Sewer, but all is ok.
Some more good news, our Geotech report has come back with a Site Classifcation of "Class A" as there is bedrock at 0.8m below NGL which means we should require less piering and it shouldn't interfere in the Zone of Influence of the Sewer.
